Automatic Chamber Filter Press For Mud Sewage Treatment

The chamber type filter press is a box-shaped filter chamber composed of two sunken filter plates, so it is called chamber filter press. It is developed on the basis of the plate and frame filter press, and it is mainly divided into five parts: the machine frame part, the filter part, the plate shifting part, the hydraulic part and the electric control part.

The program-controlled automatic chamber type filter press can use microcomputer processor, PLC and touch screen to perform various operations, such as: closing/ opening plate, opening/closing drip tray, shifting filter plate, washing cloth, etc. The main advantage is that it is convenient to replace the filter. It has the advantages of simple structure, low failure rate, low moisture content of filter cake, and convenient slag discharge.

The chamber filter press is suitable for solid-liquid separation of all kinds of suspensions. It is composed of filter plates arranged in a chamber, and under the action of the feed pump, the suspension is pressed into the chamber, and then the solids and liquid are separated by the filter medium (filter cloth).
